nick: em?
emily: hey nick! is joe here
nick: err yeh he-
joe: emmy! *kisses her*
selena: whoa
nick: *luaghs* well at least now we know why he was so happy
emily: *pulls away* heyy joe. hey lena whatcha doin here?
selena: me and nick were gonna watch a movie
joe: me and em will watch it with you
emily: cool! then itll be like a double date!
selena: *smiles* sounds good to me
nick: same here now all we gotta do is pick a movie
emily: well ive been wanting to watch prom night
nick and joe: cool lets watch it
selena: but guys! thats a horror movie! you know i suck when it comes to watching those!
nick: *laughs* its ok, ill just protect you again like last time
selena: okayyy but this time dont laugh at me
nick: fine but you gotta admit it was funny
selena: you know what else was funny? the nickname i gave you! you know...the one you specifically told me not to telly anyone?
nick: aww you wouldnt selly
selena: *smiles* youll have to convince me not to
nick: ok then *kisses her*
joe: guys! movie!
emily: like now!
selena: aww we didnt stop you guys
emily: *rolls her eyes and smiles* fine well be in the other room but were starting the movie in 5 minutes *they leave*
nick: *smiles* well at least we get 5 minutes of alone time *kisses her*
back at starbucks
Ashley: *takes a deep breath* well 4 months ago...my dad got...*starts tearing up* cancer....and he....died recently
zac: omygosh! really?
ashley: *nods* im not finished yet though. I havent been to school since he got the cancer and on monday my moms making me go back
zac: *confused* but dont you wanna go back and see your friends?
ashley: *starts crying* you dont get it! nobody does! everyone always just thought of me as that popular blonde chick or vanessas best friend.... but vanessa moved 2 months ago....and i realised that she had been my only friend! miley doesnt care about anything but herself and getting her own way....aly and aj werent even like real friends they were just like brain dead copycats who basically lived to be up mileys ass! everyone always looks at me and thinks shes lucky, shes got a perfect life!...but i dont i hate my life!
zac: *softly* ash...its gonna be ok you just gotta think about the future what happened in the past happened and you cant change it you just gotta hold your head up high and go on with your life
ashley: *stops crying a little* thanks zac you know the first person i actually told all that
zac: why?
ashley: because i thought everyone would just say the same thing...Im sorry ashley! and i just couldnt take that! why are they sorry they didnt put the cancer in my dad! they cant be sorry because they didnt do anything! they didnt even seem to care until the funeral! i hate when people say that *tears of anger stream down her face* when something bad happens people always say sorry or sorry for your losses but theyre probably not really sorry! its just a thing they say!
zac: i get what you mean, thats how i felt when my parents split up, that everyone was just apologizing when they didnt do anything. f the break up had been their fault i would have understood why they were apologising
ash: thanks zac your really understanding
zac: its ok, youve been going through a tough time. so...whatre you doing the rest of the day
ash: nothing...probably just going home and being reminded continuosly of my dad!
zac: well why dont you come to my house and we can hang out?
ashley: ok thanks! *they leave*
at the jobros house
emily: guys were gonna start the movie!
selena: *pulls away* come on lets go *they walk in*
joe: finally you guys stopped
nick: whatever. play the movie
two thirds of the way through the movie
selena: *sitting on nicks lap and holding on to him really tight*this is so scary
emily: it rox!
the end of the movie
selena: well i have to go now
nick: ill walk you *they leave*
joe: do you have to go now aswell em?
emily: nope
joe: good then we can go do something fun! some on lets go! *he leaves and emily follows*
with nelena (walking to selenas house)
selena: ow my feet hurt
nick: ill carry you *carries her home*
selena: *gets down* thanks nickyy *kisses him and goes inside* um...hi?
